ProComp Software is pleased to announce that our new CATT v3.5 EHR has undergone extensive testing with The Drummond Group, an authorized ONC-ACB testing organization, and passed all 42 areas of functionality to be certified as a Complete Ambulatory EHR. At this time, we are one of a few vendors nationally in the behavioral health EHR market space that have successfully qualified for the Complete EHR certification. This is the culmination of a yearlong development effort and three full days of proctored examinations by the ONC-ACB testing organization.
While other BH EHR products have achieved incremental "Modular" certifications thus far for smaller subsets of 2014 Edition functionality, their users will not be able to qualify for meaningful use incentives until those software packages can acquire the whole range of 2014 functionality and the Complete EHR certification. In order to attest to any stage of meaningful use (AIU, Stage 1, or Stage 2) in 2014, you must own a 2014 Edition certified EHR. Organizations who plan to register EPs for their first year incentive payments in calendar year 2014, must possess a 2014 Edition certified EHR as do those organizations who will be reporting MU measures for year two incentives. This is required even though both will be reporting MU measures under Stage 1 performance criteria for their first two years of eligibility.
CATT v3.5 was granted a "Complete EHR Ambulatory" certification on 2/25/14. Modules Tested: 70.314(a)(1-15); 170.314 (b)(1-5, 7) 170.314(c)(1-3); 170.314(d)(1-8); 170.314(e)(1-3); 170.314(f)(1-3); 170.314(g)(2-4). Clinical Quality Measures tested: CMS068v3; CMS069v2; CMS117v2; CMS127v2; CMS138v2; CMS147v2; CMS155v2; CMS165v2; CMS177v2. Additional software used: MedlinePlus Connect, Digital Rx, MaxMD. Price Transparency: Addition fees for interface setup and HISP/HIE subscriptions are necessary to achieve meaningful use compliance.
This Complete EHR certification is 2014 Edition compliant and has been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
