(7/23/2010) Franklin County AOD Provider Maryhaven went live with their new Catt integrated EHR and AR billing system in July of 2010 after a four month implementation phase. Mayhaven choose ProComp's CATT advanced SDE software system (Software Development Environment) due to its proficiency in automated real-time data exchange with their other inhouse MIS and billing systems as well as its affordable pricing structure relative to other competing software systems in the Ohio behavioral health market. |

(5/4/2010) In ODADAS/ODMH memo number C-04-10-04 dated April 29, 2010, Directors Dawson and Stephenson align MACSIS deadlines for implementation of new 5010 version of the ANSI billing files and the ICD-10-CM diagnostic classification system with the CMS deadlines for Medicare. Providers must discontinue submission of v4010 ANSI837 MACSIS billing files as of January 1, 2012 and transition to the new 5010 EDI formats. |

Warren and Clinton County Agencies Consolidate (4/26/2010) Two independent agencies funded by the MHRS Board of Warren & Clinton Counties are currently integrating their administrative operations over the next year during which they will continue to operate under separate corporate identities. Mental Health Recovery Centers of Clinton County with offices in Wilmington and Lebanon and Mental Health Recovery Centers of Warren County with offices in Lebanon, Mason and Springboro will eventually consolidate into a single organization. |

New CATT OHBH EDI Module now available for CATT systems v3.2 or higher (11/23/2009) For those CATT client agencies who are currently sending ODADAS Behavior Module files to their boards, please be aware that those files will no longer be accepted after 12/31/2009. ODADAS has significantly changed the BH Module system requiring new data points and a new XML formatted file. These files will no longer be sent to ODADAS via the county boards. They are now uploaded directly to ODADAS via the OHBH web portal. It is recommended that if not done so already, agencies should contact ODADAS for logon credentials to the web portal, inform them of your intent to send the new OHBH XML formatted files and then contact your ProComp account manager regarding installation of the new module. |

ProComp Software Announces ODADAS OHBH EDI Functionality (2/12/2009) Beginning January 1, 2010, ODADAS will no longer accept older Behavioral Health Module EDI files. Agencies must switch over to the new OHBH EDI XML file formats or begin to manually key their data directly into the Behavioral Health website. CATT DMS - Document Management System (10/31/2008) The CATT DMS (Document Management System) is now ready for release. With a case or client record “on the desktop”, any associated document or paper form can be scanned directly into the documents repository under a special “drawer” for that case and assigned by the user to named “folders” such as “Registration Documents”, “Permission Forms”, “Assessments”, “Hospitalization Records”, etc. Once scanned into a case drawer, all stored documents are available for viewing from any CATT workstation that has access to that particular case |

Reintroducing the Bridge (5/13/2004) Many of our current customers may be familiar with Bridge screen and its functionality.
