With the start of 2008, ProComp Software Consultants celebrates it 25th year providing Ohio behavioral health organizations state-of-the-art MIS software.  In March, we released Version 3.3 of the CATTxp Software Environment.  This release of CATT is one of the most comprehensive upgrades to date with broad based enhancements to every area of functionality within the CATT system.  The most notable additions and enhancements concern the clinical desktop with greatly expanded electronic signature capabilities (three password driven staff signatures and two graphic client signatures per clinical document), an updated fully functional Scripts (medication tracking) subsystem, our Version 2.0 release of CATT’s SOQIC Clinical Desktop forms providing greater automated “Fill” capabilities, closer integration with OSQIG Outcome mandates and with the new Scripts subsystem. 

A unique “Clinical Content Tool” has been added that allow clinicians to insert directly into designated Chart Element memo fields any of the following kinds of clinical information for the client: Outcomes information including Red Flags, Strengths, Factor scores and Factor Change scores, current ISP information including any selection of Goals, Objectives and Interventions as well as any published (Wiley Publishers, Inc compatible) or internally developed treatment plan content.

For program managers we have added a “Program Managers Console” which provides real-time summary and graphic displays of all activity delivered within the programs manager’s realm of  responsibility.  Data cubes with full “pivot”, filtering and graphic display capabilities are provided for the following data sets:  units-of-service delivered; case assignments to staff, groups and programs; admission, termination and other movement data; demographic tabulations of target patient populations; OSQIG Outcomes performance data tabulated by staff, supervisor, programs and demographic data; utilization of various chart elements and paper workflow compliance data for staff.
 
With respect to AR/MIS functionality, we have added the following capabilities:  Point of Service Receipts, MedicareMSP (as secondary) billing by ANSI837 file; ERA processing of Medicare ANSI835 remittance files; increased security logging throughout the CATT system; paperless reporting of MIS processing errors to clinical staff and supervisors; improved real-time QA edits and other enhancements to all service entry processing subsystems including Residential Census and Episode Logs.

Version 3.3 will also be compatible with the CATT DMS (Document Management System) available during the Second Quarter of 2008.  We have recently signed an OEM arrangement with Cardiff, an Autonomy Software company and national leader in the document management market, to provide the complete functionality of their Teleform™ document management, scanning and OCR engine from within the CATT desktop.  The CATT DMS module will not only allow any document to be scanned directly into CATT and viewed by any CATT workstation, but also will provide the agency with the capability to perform high speed batch digitizing of old charts as well as design complete automated OCR packages for scanning and interpreting client questionnaires or staff generated written documents.
